The kitchen is very well equipped;

• All electric range cooker.
• Microwave oven.
• Dishwasher and fridge/ freezer.
• Plenty of large pots and pans, crockery and cutlery to cater for large groups.

• 1 x double bedroom en suite bathroom.
• 2 x twin bedrooms with shared double shower room.
• 2 x family en suite bedrooms with 1 king and 1 single bed in each.
• In addition there are two travel cots.
• All bed linen and towels are provided.

The garden comprises of ¾ acre of lawn and orchard, a patio and BBQ area, outdoor table tennis, great for children and adults to enjoy outdoor games or just relaxing with friends and family.

As an optional extra, we have  our large spa hot tub, seating 7 comfortably, that can be hired for your stay, please enquire for further information.
Play area for children, adult supervision required at all times. Outdoor games and toys.Parking for a maximum of  7 vehicles. if your party should exceed this, or if all the guest parking spaces have been taken then additional vehicles will need to be parked off site. There is plenty of free parking outside of our property. At not time must access to the property be blocked by guest vehicles.
